广东某铅锌选矿尾水降COD除氟同时试验研究

摘    要:针对某铅锌选矿废水采用HQW-A+HQW-B+HQW-C+催化氧化体系可以有效降COD、除氟。试验结果表明:当HQW-A用量300g/m^3,HQW-B用量1700g/m^3,HQW-C用量2g/m^3时,可将用井下水选矿的尾水中的氟从8.4mg/L降至1.2mg/L,COD从45.6mg/L降至17.6mg/L;可将用新鲜水选矿的尾矿水中的氟从4.7mg/L降至1.2mg/L,COD从58.8mg/L降至10.0mg/L。该水处理体系操作简单,使用方便,有较为明显的社会环境效益。

Abstract:HQW - A + HQW - B + HQW - C + catalytic oxidation system can effectively reduce fluoride and COD in a lead-zinc beneficiation wastewater. The experimental results show that when HQW-A dosage is 300 g /m^3,HQW-B dosage is 1 700 g /m^3,HQW-C dosage is 2 g /m^3,the fluorine in the tailings of beneficiation with underground water can be reduced from 8. 4 mg /L to 1. 2 mg /L,COD from 45. 6 mg /L to 17. 6 mg /L,and the fluorine in the tailings of beneficiation with fresh water can be reduced from 4. 7 mg /L to 1. 2 mg /L,and COD from 58. 8 mg /L to 10. 0 mg /L. The water treatment system has the advantages of simple operation,convenient use and obvious social and environmental benefits.
