摘    要:以Ni( NO3)2·6H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,通过水热法制备了尖晶石型NiFe2O4前驱体,探讨了热处理温度对 NiFe2O4 材料性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和恒流充放电测试技术对材料晶体结构、形貌特点和电化学性能进行了表征测试。试验结果表明,合成的材料为球形纳米颗粒,400 ℃下热处理的NiFe2O4材料具有最好的循环性能,在100mA/g的电流密度下,经过20次循环后,比容量保持在588mAh /g。

Abstract:NiFe2O4 materials with spinel structure were synthesized from Ni( NO3 ) 2·6H2O and Fe( NO3 ) 3·9H2O by hydrothermal method,the effect of heat-treated temperature on the performances of NiFe2O4 is studied. The microstructure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials are analyzed by X-ray diffraction( XRD), scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) and constant current charging-discharging technique. The results showed that spherical NiFe2O4 nanoparticlesas obtained,and materials heat-treated at 400 ℃ displayed an best cyclic performance,with the specific capacity remaining at 588 mAh /g at a current density of 100 mA/g after 20 cycles.
