橡胶混凝土胶凝材料改进试验研究

摘    要:选取水玻璃、丁苯胶乳和乳化沥青三种辅助胶凝材料,分别等质量替代橡胶混凝土中5%、10%、15%和20%的水泥,测定各组试件的表观密度、抗压强度、冲击强度和拌合物坍落度。结果表明:丁苯胶乳或乳化沥青掺量为5%时,橡胶混凝土的综合性能最优,坍落度和抗压强度均得到改善;丁苯胶乳提高橡胶混凝土坍落度的效果较好,乳化沥青提高抗压强度的效果较好;水玻璃则不宜作为辅助胶凝材料掺入橡胶混凝土中。

Abstract:Sodium silicate, styrene-butadiene latex(SBL) and emulsified asphalt(EA) were respectively selected to replace 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% cement in rubberized concrete. The apparent density, compressive strength, impact strength, and slump of all specimens were tested. The results show that the slump and compressive strength are improved when the content of SBL or EA is 5%;the effect of SBL on improving slump of rubberized concrete is better, while the effect of EA on improving compressive strength of rubberized concrete is better;sodium silicate should not be added into rubberized concrete as a supplementary.
