基夫塞特竖烟道余热锅炉数值仿真

摘    要:利用数值仿真计算得到基夫塞特竖烟道余热锅炉炉内的温度场、流场和颗粒运行轨迹,结果表明,烟气在上升烟道外侧形成一个高达30m左右的大漩涡,烟气在烟道拐角处也形成一个漩涡。在水平烟道的底部烟气流速较小,在水平段烟道入口段和收尘挡板后面处都有回流产生,在水平烟道内烟尘颗粒速度分布与烟气速度分布基本一致,小颗粒烟尘有较好的跟随性。

Abstract:Temperature field, flow field and particle trajectory on KIVCET vertical waste boiler is simulated .The results show that the flue gas forms a large eddy up to 30 m on the outside of the rising flue, also forms a eddy around the corner of the flue. At the bottom of the horizontal flue, the velocity of flue gas is small. There is backflow at the entrance of horizontal flue and behind the dust collecting baffle. The velocity distribution of flue dust particles in horizontal flue is basically the same as that of flue gas, the small particles have better follow-up.
