摘    要:采用D-最优混料设计方法得出了水泥-硅灰-粉煤灰-矿粉四元复合胶凝材料组成与1 d、7 d和28 d龄期干硬性混凝土抗压强度关系的回归模型,并检验了模型的有效性;各龄期干硬性混凝土强度等值线变化揭示了复合胶凝材料各组分对混凝土强度的影响;基于强度预测模型以最低水泥用量和最高各龄期混凝土强度为优化目标确定了干硬性混凝土四元复合胶凝混料最优组合配合比,强度预测值与实验值的相对误差小于5%。

Abstract:An application of the D-optimal mixture design method in predicting the properties of a quaternary cementitious systemconsists of cement, silica fume, fly ash and ground slag is put forward. Based on D-optimal mixture design and experimental data, the regression models of compressive strength of dry concrete for 1 d, 7 d and 28 d of curing time is obtained, and are statistically tested. The influence of each component on the strength of each age of concrete is revealed by analyzing the variation of strength equivalents of dry concrete. The optimum combination ratio of quaternary composite cementitious mixture for dry concrete is obtained based on the strength prediction model, with the minimum cement dosage and the maximum age concrete strength as the optimization goal. The relative error between the measured value and the experimental value is less than 5%.
