Nanomachines Based on Carbon Nanotubes Walls Motion: Operation Modes and Controlling Forces

Abstract

Possible types of nanomachines based on threadlike relative motion of nanotube walls are considered. The theory for dynamics of such a motion is developed. Types of motion, controlling forces, and operation modes for these nanomachines are analyzed.
