摘    要:指出振动钻孔断屑是由间断切削过程造成,根据振动波形干涉可得出理论断屑条件。定量分析了间断切削过程中的空切角度、空切时间对断屑的影响,并通过试验验证了用空切理论分析断屑的正确性。

Abstract:Chip breakage in vibratory drilling is caused by discontinuous cutting process. The theoretical chip breakagr condition is deduced according to the interference of vibratory waves of gundrill. The influence of air cutting angle and air cutting time to chip breakage is studied quantitatively. The correctness of air cutting theory is verified by the experiments.
