基于老年人社会需求理念的功能混合式养老空间探究

根据马斯洛需求理论，即生存性需求、情感性需求、发展性需求和价值性需求。不同老化阶段的老人具有不同的养老需求，居家养老为主的单一性养老模式已不能满足老人群体多样性的个性化需求。文章顺应个体老化和群体老化的不同规律，探讨了功能混合式的养老空间模式的重要性，进一步提出了功能多元、开放协同、安养乐活三类城市适老空间设计策略，以期对未来城市空间的适老性发展有所助益。

Exploration Of The Functional Hybrid Pension Space Under The Concept Of Social Needs Of The Elderly

According to Maslow's demand theory,different aging stages of the elderly have different pension needs,that is survival needs, emotional needs, development needs and value needs. The single mode of home-based care pension for the aged can not meet the needs of the diversity elderly population.This paper conforms to the differences of individual aging and population aging ,discussing the importance of the functional Hybrid pension model,further putting forward three kinds of designing strategies for urban space which are multiple function,open coordination and convalescing happy life ,which wil be helpful for the future of the development of urban aging space.
