滇中地区近郊型村庄特色建设问题研究

滇中地区属于高原地区,生态和文化特点突出,城镇化进程较为迟缓,其近郊型村庄建设中城乡二元结构矛盾日渐突出。如何确保近郊型村庄建设更好的融入城市建设,并继承和延续滇中地区特色是我们思考的重点,因此滇中地区近郊型村庄建设具有典型的研究价值和意义。本文选取云南省玉溪市红塔区的7个村庄进行研究,结合村庄建设的实际情况,归纳了滇中地区近郊型村庄建设在民居建筑特色、公共活动中心、景观风貌和基础设施建设四个方面的问题,通过研究美丽乡村建设相关政策文件及专家学者的观点,总结村庄建设的基本原则,并针对7个村庄规划和建设的特点,提出切实可行的措施及对策,以期对滇中地区近郊型村庄的建设提供参考。

Research On The Characteristic Construction Of Suburban Villages In Central Yunnan

This paper selects seven vilages in YunnanYuxi Hongta District of the study, combined with the actual situation of the construction of the vilage, summarized in Central Region Outskirts vilage construction in residential architecture, public activity center, on landscape and infrastructure in four areas questions by studying the beautiful countryside construction-related policy documents and experts point of view, summarize the basic principles of construction of the vilage, and for the characteristics of planning and construction of seven vilages, propose practical measures and countermeasures to central Yunnan area on the outskirts of the vilage type construction of reference.
