感应电机定子绕组缺相故障的模型仿真

摘    要:在三相感应电机运行的各种故障中,绕组缺相故障的发生率较高,其主要包括供电电源一相断路和定子绕组一相断路,而这类故障通常是不容易观测和诊断的.因此文中基于感应电机的数学模型,以MATLAB/SIMULINK为工具对电机定子绕组故障瞬变过程进行了建模仿真.通过结果分析,验证了感应电机定子绕组缺相故障理论分析的正确性,为定子绕组故障的快速、准确定位提供了有效的手段,且对电机中出现类似故障现象的分析和定位也有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:In all the faults of three - phase induction motor, stator phase failure has a higher rate. It includes power supply transformer or a continuous phase stator winding calls for a phase, and this kind of breakdown usually is not easy to observe and diagnose. Based on the mathematical model of multi - loop, the paper builds a model of the process of transient induction motor stator windings and uses MATLAB/SIMULINK components to carry out the model simulation and confirms the accuracy of theoretical analysis by analyzing the results. It is easier to carry out the observation diagnosis of the breakdown and obtain the breakdown localization method. It is also of a certain guiding value to the electrical machinery in the phenomenon analysis and the breakdown localization.
