| Abstract: | The new video coding standard MPEG-4 and MPEG-7 is enabling, It needs for the segmentation of moving object in video sequences. This paper presents a video moving object extract system, and discusses several kinds of typical techniques,and the future development of video segmentation is pointed out. |
