高效修井作业车的研制与应用

随着油水井措施的不断增多．修井作业成本投入和综合效益的矛盾日益突出。为此，研制了高效修井作业车，提高了修井作业时效，降低了修井作业成本，提高了作业施工质量。高效修井作业车是将钢丝绳缠绕在滚筒上．通过安装在井口上的导轮．带动钢丝绳连接的管柱．进行怏速修井作业。通过进行合理的修井作业施工设计，并配套相应的作业工具，主要可以完成4大类13项修井作业．可满足油水井不同修井作业的要求。

Development and application of high-efficiency operating vehicle

With the increase of the measure of oil well and water well, it is more and more obvious that the cost of operation is in contradiction with the combined benefit. So we develop the high-efficiency-operating vehicle. It makes operating efficiency improved,operating cost reduced and operating quality improved. Wire rope in high-efficiency-operating vehicle is coiled on round reel. Wire rope is linked to pipe string by attached guide sheave to well head so that it can finish quickly workover treatment. It can achieve thirteen workover treatments by right operating design and mating downhole tool to meet different workover treatment. Field use shows that the high-efficiency-operating vehicle is wide use and strong adaptability and reducing the cost of operation and improving the benefit of operation. The prospect is wide by applying the technology in oilfield development operation.
