摘    要:
在一定的轧制制度和轧后控冷速度下,通过控制终冷温度得到不同微观组织的管线钢,从中研究了显微组织对管线钢屈强比的影响,结果表明,在较低终冷温度下得到的板条状贝氏体型管线钢比较高终冷温度下获得的针状铁素体型管线钢具有更低的屈强比,而板条贝氏体型管线钢中细小弥散的析出对降低屈强比也是有利的。

Abstract:
The microstructure of the pipeline steel could be controlled by controlling the finish rolling temperature. The effects of microstructure on the ratio of yield strength pipeline steel were studied. The results showed that the high strength to strength in the pipeline steel with lath bainite obtained under a lower finishing cooling temperature had lower yield to strength ratio than that with acicular ferrite under a higher temperature. The small dispersed precipitates in pipeline steel with lath bainite were beneficial to reduce the yield to strength ratio.
