CSP工艺和常规工艺生产的冷轧板成形性能研究

摘    要:通过PAM-STAMP 2G分析了不同板厚、摩擦系数、压边力等因素对CSP工艺与常规工艺的冷轧板胀形过程的影响,对两种工艺的冷轧板在胀形过程中板料的厚度分布均匀性、胀形深度、成形性能等进行了比较分析。结果表明:CSP工艺与常规工艺DQ级冷轧板的胀形深度基本相同。当摩擦系数为0.12板厚为1.8 mm时,以CSP为原料的冷轧板CSP工艺与常规工艺冷轧板的胀形深度差值最大,最大差值达0.25 mm。随着摩擦的增加,两者胀形深度相差减少。在弹性形变的过程中,两者厚度变化均匀性一致。在局部发生屈服形变时,常规工艺冷轧板的厚度分布均匀性要稍好,但两种工艺冷轧板的总体厚度分布均匀性相差不大。
