Porel纤维混纺纱的开发实践

为顺利开发Porel纤维混纺纱,针对服装面料舒适性要求,采用超仿棉Porel纤维与精梳棉或粘胶纤维混纺,通过试验研究寻求适宜的混纺比例,认为只有采用高比例Porel纤维的混纺纱才能达到优异的吸湿速干性能;生产工艺方面,针对纤维的性能特点,纺前对Porel纤维进行预处理,并在各工序采取一系列防止黏缠、重点控制成纱毛羽和棉结的技术措施,最终开发出符合质量要求的Porel纤维混纺纱。

Practice of Spinning Porel Blended Yarn
