P91/P92新型马氏体耐热钢焊接缺陷特征与产生机理探讨

摘    要:P91/P92新型马氏体耐热钢焊接过程中工艺要求严格,焊接工艺参数、焊接工艺措施控制不当,极易产生焊接缺陷。了解P91/P92新型马氏体耐热钢不同焊接方法及工艺过程中产生的缺陷特征与机理,对焊接接头质量检验至关重要。本文结合实际施工过程中产生的各类焊接缺陷,对其缺陷特征、产生机理及预防措施进行了阐述。

Abstract:P91/P92 new martensitic heat-resistant steel have strict requirement on technology in welding process. If welding parameters and welding technology measure can not be controlled properly, it is easy to produce welding defects. Understanding defect characteristics and generation mechanism of the new martensitic steel P91/P92 for different welding methods and welding technology is very important to the quality inspection of the welded joint. In this paper, according to various welding defects generated in the practical construction procedure, the defect characteristics, generation mechanism and the preventive measures were described.
