球悬挂取心技术

摘    要:常规松软地层取心时,取心工具采用销钉悬挂内岩心筒,在工具入井时经常出现失效。研制了取心工具的悬挂新结构——球悬挂。该结构内筒的重量不直接作用在销钉上,而是作用在钢球上。钢球的承载能力大,可以避免提前释放内筒组合,防止取心作业失败。简要阐述了该工具的结构和室内及现场试验情况,通过各项试验证实工具结构可行,并提出工具的今后发展方向。

Abstract:Coring at weak formation usually uses pin hang in g coring barrel, but when put it down to hole, it is constantly lose effective. Developed a new hanging structure of coring-ball hanging, the weight of its inne r barrel act on ball rather than pin. The carry capacity of ball is well and can avoid release inner barrel in advance, enhanced success rat of coring. At the s ame time, the structure and its experiments of this coring tools are also introd uced. The testing of this tool have confirmed it is useful for coring.
