锌粉对水溶性丙烯酸涂料的改性研究

摘    要:原水溶性丙烯酸钢铁底漆涂料在进行耐盐雾测定试验时为72h。未通过国家规定标准。本实验是在用环氧树脂改性后的水溶性丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质中加入锌粉。来改善其抗盐雾性。耐候性等性能。特别是改善其抗腐蚀性能和表面光洁性能等。本实验方法通过加入锌粉来改善其性能。结果表明,一定温度下在改性的水溶性丙烯酸钢铁底漆涂料中加入0.5%的锌粉后。经测定其耐盐雾性可达106h以上,抗腐蚀性能和表面光洁性能都得到了显著提高。

Abstract:The unmodified coating had been investigated by salt fog resistance test. Result was 72 h and It couldn't reach standard of domestic salt fog resistance. Purpose of the experiment using acrylic resins as main film forming material and adding zinc powder was to improve its salt fog resistance, excellent durability, especially characteristics of anticorrosion and surface purify. The result showed that salt fog resistance reached 106 h after we added 0.5 % zinc powder to coating of iron and steel of water-solubility acrylic under a certain tempreture. At the same time, characteristics of anticorrosion and surface purify were improved in some degree.
