| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国风险投资管理面临许多问题,主要体现在投资要素、投资决策、管理过程、整体战略、投资过程和经营的理念等方面。要解决这些问题,要求投资要素注重集成化,投资决策注重科学性,日常注重跟踪管理,战略上注重退出的时机的把握,投资管理注重进一步的投入。

| Abstract: | Now in our country venture capital management exists some problems.There are payout in funds,investment decision,management process,strategy,investment process and management of the principle.Face these problems,it request us to pay attention an integration of venture capital main factor,to pay attention to scientific decision,to pay attention to holistic control during the day-to-day management,to pay attention to the opportunity to exit in the strategy,to pay attention to the plan in the process. |
