摘    要:通过锂离子电池发展状况和锂离子电池结构和组成,阐明了废旧锂离子电池回收的必要性;通过废旧锂离子电池的预处理、活性物质与集流体的分离、活性物质的再利用等工艺过程的介绍,综述了废旧锂离子电池回收及再利用技术发展现状,分析不同回收技术存在问题,展望了废旧锂离子电池回收再利用技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:The necessity of recycling waste Li-ion battery by analyzing the development status, as well as the structure and composition of Li-ion battery are illustrated in this paper. Through in- troducing the processes of recycling waste Li-ion battery such as pretreatment, separation active materials from current collector and reuse of active material, the current situation and recycle technology of waste Li-ion battery are introduced. The development status in respect of recycling and reusing technology of waste Li-ion battery was also reviewed. Above all, the problems of dif- ferent recycling technology were discussed and the prospect and development trend of recycling waste Li-ion battery were analyzed in this paper.
