Design of Thyristor Trigger System in Soft Starters Device

By the use of soft starters, through the three-phase power connected in series three-phase asynchronous motors with three-way between the anti-parallel thyristors triggering angle and timing control, the starting current is greatly reduced ,which can solve the impact of current and the impact of torque when the motor is directly started. This paper described the soft starter devices thyristor trigger system design, putting stress on the soft starter working principle, software and hardwave waveform analysis.
