| 摘 要： | 对碳纳米管场效应晶体管(CNTFET)的器件性能进行了讨论,并与相应的Si器件进行了比较,结果表明CNTFET对迄今传统器件具有非常竞争力;阐述了利用CNT器件制作的逻辑门电路,显示了CNTFET的集成潜力;最后指出CNTFET面临的挑战是严峻的。

| Abstract: | The performance of the CNTFET are discussed and compared to those of corresponding silicon devices. It showed that CNTFETs are very competitive with state-of-the-art conventional devices. The potential for integration of CNTFET is demonstrated by fabricating the logic gate circuits. Finally,it is suggested that the challenges facing CNTFET technology are daunting. |
