| 摘 要： | 介绍了天津钢铁公司2000m^3高炉开炉前的人员、技术的准备，制定单高炉最佳的开炉方案和送风参数以及炉内操作制度。送风后采取快速降硅，合理调整煤气分布等一系列措施，高炉开炉后生产能力迅速提高，实现了顺利快速开炉的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces personal and technological preparations, optimization of single BF blow-in scheme, air blast parameter and furnace operation system and a series of measurements, such as rapid reduction of silicon and adjusting the gas rationally before 2 000 m3 BF blow-in. After blow in the production capacity goes up and the operation is smooth. |
