| Abstract: | The occupational quality refers to the comprehensive qualities required by an occupation,including career consciousness,professional knowledge and skills,occupational ethics,occupational psychological state,and occupational image.To meet the society ,s need for the graduates from higher vocational education,vocational colleges should cultivate students , occupational quality and help them to expand this quality through diverse and effective means and throughout the duration of students ,schooling years. |
