摘    要:传统的输油管道泄漏诊断方法对于可压缩性强的天然气管道泄漏诊断难以适用。为此,提出了基于微波技术与导波理论的天然气管道泄漏检测方法:把天然气管道当作圆形波导管,在管道两端分别安装微波信号发射和接收装置,利用微扰天线进行发射和接收微波信号;根据电磁波理论,在满足一定条件的前提下,微波可以顺利地在管道中进行传输。当管道出现裂纹、破损时,微波特性将会发生改变,通过分析接收信号的变化情况可以判定管道是否发生泄漏,并进行定位计算。实验证明,该方法是可行的,从而为天然气输送管道泄漏检测提供了新的方法。

Abstract:Traditional leakage detection methods for oil pipelines are not suitable for natural gas pipelines because of natural gas compressibility. A new gas pipeline leakage detection method based on microwave technology and guided wave theory is proposed. The natural gas pipeline is taken as a circular waveguide and the microwave signal generator and receiver are installed at both ends of pipeline. Microwave is transmitted and received by micro antennas. According to the electromagnetic theory, under certain condition, microwave can be transmitted smoothly in the pipelines. When cracks and holes in pipelines come into being, the microwave properties will be changed. By analyzing the changes in the received signal, leakage can not only be judged but also be positioned. Experiments show that the method is feasible for operators to detect leakage for natural gas pipelines.
