有机发光二极管发光机理的研究

摘    要:从载流子注入和传输、载流子复合以及激子的衰减和发光等方面阐释了有机电致发光二极管的发光机理,介绍了载流子注入与传输的理论模型,讨论了激子形成及正负载流子复合的问题,详细分析了激子衰减和发光的过程。

Abstract:The light-emitting mechanism of OLED is interpreted in detail from the facets of carrier injection and transport, carrier recombination, and exciton decline and emission. Corresponding theory models for carrier injection and transport are introduced. The form of exciton, and the recombination region of positive and negative carriers are discussed. In the end, exciton decline and emission is inferred in detail.
