膳食中硒的摄入与高血压疾病相关性的研究进展

摘    要:硒是人体必需的微量元素,适量增加硒的摄入可以预防由氧化应激反应造成的高血压疾病,但是过量摄入硒也可能增加罹患高血压的风险。本文综述了国内外膳食中硒的摄入与高血压的关系研究,硒在高血压疾病中的作用机制及国内外硒摄入的现状,以期为为高血压患者选择营养饮食提供参考。

Abstract:Selenium is an essential trace element in the human body. Increasing the intake of selenium can prevent hypertension caused by oxidative stress, but excessive intake of selenium may also increase the risk of hypertension. This paper reviewed the relationship between dietary selenium intake and hypertension at home and abroad, the mechanism of selenium in hypertension and the current status of selenium intake at home and abroad, in order to provide a reference for patients with hypertension to choose a nutritious diet.
