摘    要:针对红旗渠南谷洞浆砌石渡槽结构老化问题,基于Hypermesh软件生成三维有限元网格,建立渡槽的三维有限元模型,采用ABAQUS软件进行渡槽结构应力及变形计算,并采用材料力学法对渡槽结构稳定性进行复核。结果表明:墩台基础最大沉降量为3.05 mm,相邻墩台基础的最大沉降差为0.43 mm;渡槽的最大压应力为4.56 MPa,最大拉应力为1.93 MPa,出现在槽身侧壁局部区域;槽墩抗滑稳定和抗倾覆稳定安全系数最小值分别为10.1和2.4,均大于规范允许值,综合分析表明该渡槽是安全的。

Abstract:Aiming at the aging problem of the Nangudong masonry aqueduct in the Hongqi Canal, a three-dimensional finite element mesh was generated based on the Hypermesh software, and a three-dimensional finite element model for the aqueduct was established. The ABAQUS software was used to calculate the structural stress and deformation of the aqueduct. The structure stability of the aqueduct was checked by the material mechanics method. The results show that the maximum settlement of the pier foundation is 3. 05 mm. The maximum settlement difference of adjacent pier foundation is 0. 43 mm. The maximum compressive stress of the aqueduct is 4. 56 MPa and the maximum tensile stress is 1. 93 MPa, which appear in the local area at the side wall of the aqueduct. The minimum safety coefficients of anti-sliding stability and anti-capsizing stability of the groove pier are 10. 1 and 2. 4, respectively, both larger than the allowable values. Comprehensive analysis shows that the aqueduct is safe.
