摘    要:食品复检工作是我国食品安全监管工作中的重要一个环节,也是食品生产经营者依法行使的维护自身权益的一项基本权利。本文对我国现行的食品复检工作及可能存在的问题进行初步分析探讨,提出相关建议。

Abstract:Food re-inspection is an important link in China''s food safety supervision,and also a basic right of food producers and managers to Protect their own rights and interests.In this paper,the current regulations of food reinspection and the possible problems were analyzed and discussed,and some suggestions were put forward.
