武钢三炼钢厂工序过程磷的控制

摘    要:通过优化转炉吹炼模式、提高原材料质量和严细操作以降低下渣量,武钢第三炼钢厂的钢水含磷量近年显著降低。钢水的平均含磷量由1998年的0.021%降至目前的0.015%,低碳铝镇静钢的含磷量从0.018%降至0.010%,最低含磷量达到0.003%。

Abstract:By means of optimizing LD blowing pattern, using quality materials and conducting strict operation to reduce the ladle slag, the phosphorus content of steel produced at the No.3 Steelmaking Plant is obviously reduced in recent years. The average phosphorus content of steel was lowered from 0.021??% in 1998 to 0.015?%. For low carbon Al-killed steel, its average phosphorus content was decreased from 0.018?% to 0.010?% and the minimum phosphorus content reduced to 0.003?%.
