| 摘 要： | 通过对云南高岭质煤矸石的矿物成分和化学成分的分析 ,进行了高岭质煤矸石替代粘土生产建筑墙地砖的试验研究。结果表明 ,由于煤矸石含碳量高、塑性指数较低且灰分含量高 ,使墙地砖的成型和烧结受到影响 ,因此应根据不同的煤矸石矿物成分 ,进行必要的原料配制和工艺改造 |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of mineralogical component and chemical composition,the experimental research on manufacture of building wall tile using Yunnan kaolin coal gangue instead of clay was carred out.Research results indicated that quality of the wall tile was influenced because of high carbon content,low plasticity index and high fly ash content of the coalgangue.Therefore,the raw material preparation and technological process must be altered according to different mineralogical component of the coal gangue. |
