高速电主轴热态特性仿真分析

摘    要:在分析电主轴温度场理论的基础上,建立某高速磨床电主轴系统的有限元模型,计算了电主轴热特性分析的边界条件,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench分析其热态特性,得到了主轴系统的稳态温度场分布和热变形情况;同时分析计算了不同转速对主轴系统温升及热变形的影响.结果表明:主轴转速越高,相应主轴单元的温升变化及主轴热变形也越大.此分析为改善电主轴温度场分布及减小热变形提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the temperature field theory analysis of the motorized spindle, the finite element model of the high speed motorized spindle has been built and the boundary conditions in thermal characteristics were calculated. Used the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software ANSYS Workbench to analyze the thermal characteristics, got the spindle sys- tem static temperature distribution and thermal deformation, temperature rose and thermal deformation of spindle system af-fected by different speeds were calculated. The research indicated that the higher the speed and the greater the temperature rose and thermal deformation of spindle system, which provided the theory basis to improve the temperature distribution and reduce the thermal deformation for the spindle.
