| 摘 要： | 中国进入新一轮的经济增长阶段,必须在科学发展观的指导下,协调好经济增长与资源环境保护的关系。发展红利将成为今后中国区域经济增长的绿色动力源。本文简要概括了发展红利的内涵特点,在此基础上,通过对我国获取发展红利的条件与制约因素的分析,提出了我国最大程度地获取发展红利的对策与建议。 |

| Abstract: | China has entered a new period of its economy.The economic increasing must harmo-nize with the resource environment under the direction of the idea of scientifical development. Development dividend will be the green origi-nation of reginal economical increase in China. This article explained the meaning of the devel-opment dividend. According to the interpreta-tion of the advantages and disadvantages for getting development dividend in current economy in China,it advanced some advice in order to make more development dividend. |
