| 摘 要： | 现代大学的目标不是自动实现的,而需要一系列的制度安排来实施,这种制度安排就是治理。构建和谐高校是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。本文探讨了大学治理与和谐高校之间的关系,指出了大学治理面临的主要问题,提出了要通过加强大学治理,梳理和规范大学内外各种关系,健全完善高校内部管理运行体制和机制,促进高校可持续健康和谐发展。
