新型填充式吸波材料的研究

摘    要:针对聚氨酯在工艺和应用上的缺陷,提出一种用珍珠岩和聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)颗粒为载体,涂挂碳粉制成颗粒状散料,填充到特定形状的模型中制成新型吸波材料。这种填充式吸波材料的初步测试结果与聚氨酯泡沫锥体吸波材料相当。

Abstract:In order to overcome the disadvantage of urethane pyramids in manufacturing technology and application,a granular balk cargo with perlite,expanded polystyrene(EPS) and particles coated with carbon black as the base materials is studied.Then it is filled into a model with special configuration as a new microwave absorbing materials.The testing result of this absorber is close to the urethane pyramids which are commonly used in microwave chambers.
