基于ADAMS的麦弗逊悬架动力学仿真及其优化设计

摘    要:为了对麦弗逊悬架的定位参数进行动力学仿真研究,针对某桑塔纳轿车的麦弗逊前悬架,应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS/Car专业模块建立了麦弗逊式前悬架多体系统精确模型,进行了双侧车轮平行跳动仿真,对模型的准确与否进行了验证。在此基础上,利用ADAMS/Insight模块对该悬架进行了优化设计,找出了影响模型准确性的原因。研究结果证明,该优化的悬架布置方案较好地解决了模型的不合理性。

Abstract:For the positioning parameters of McPherson suspension simulation study, aiming at a Santana car's McPherson front suspension, the mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS/Car McPherson was applied, the major modules suspension accurate many-body system model was set up, both wheels parallel to beat simulation model was done to verify the accuracy or otherwise. On this basis, the ADAMS/Insight module was used to optimize the design of the suspension to finding out the reasons for the accuracy of impact models. The results indicate that the suspension layout of the program is the better solution of the model irrationality.
