摘    要:介绍了一种耐压夹芯复合板的穿纱及树脂传递模塑(RTM)制备方法,选用橡胶为芯材,复合材料为蒙皮,通过RTM成型方法制备,研究了穿纱工艺及RTM工艺参数对制品的影响。结果表明,通过穿纱增强的RTM成型制品不仅表观质量良好,且具有优异的界面粘结性能,实现了承载吸声结构功能一体化设计,适用于深水压力环境。

Abstract:A kind of yarn threading and resin transfer molding (RTM) forming process of sandwich composite were introduced. The sandwich composite with rubber as core,composite as covering was obtained by RTM technology. The effects of yarn threading and RTM forming process parameters on the product were studied. The results show that the RTM product formed by the yarn is not only of good quality,and excellent interfacial bonding property,which realizes the integrated design of the structure of the load absorbing structure,and is suitable for deep water pressure environment.
