摘    要:以汽车通风器罩为例,研究了双色注射成型工艺中的模具设计、辅助控制系统等关键技术,实现了工艺设计与应用。分析了双色注射模具的结构特点,主要体现在复杂的浇注系统和抽芯结构等方面,实现了模具结构设计;提出了在通用注塑机上外接辅助控制系统的新方案,构建了双色注射辅助控制系统的总体方案、硬件平台和软件平台;通过该工艺的实际应用,满足了汽车工业的要求,为该工艺的进一步推广应用提供了理论指导和技术支撑。

Abstract:The key technology of mold structure design and auxiliary control system for two-color injection molding process of the automobile ventilator was researched. The design and application of the process were also achieved. The structural characteristics of the two-color injection mold were researched,which were mainly embodied in the complicated gating system and core-pulling structure,and the mold was designed. Based on the universial injection machine,the working principle and overall scheme of the two-color injection assistant control system were also realized. The design and implementation of the control system were researched. Through application of the processand test of the product,the requirement of the automotive industry was meet. The technical support and guidance for the application of two-color injection molding technology was provided.
