摘    要:智能电器要求在出现大短路电流情况下尽快起动瞬动保护清除故障,但目前瞬动保护算法难以保证在各种短路情况下都能快速清除故障。文中对这一问题进行了研究,提出了基于离散正弦滤波(DSF)的瞬动保护算法,该算法先用长度较短的离散正弦滤波器对短路电流信号进行滤波,有效滤除了故障信号中的非周期分量和高频分量,然后用快速幅值算法计算短路电流大小。算法的实现简洁快速,兼顾瞬动保护的快速性和可靠性。不但有效地保护了线路和设备,而且能缩短短路引起的电压暂降的持续时间,提高配电系统的供电质量。

Abstract:This paper presents the discrete sinusoid filtering (DSF) algorithm, which removes the fault signals quickly and calculates the magnitude correctly. The proposed algorithm employs short-lengthed discrete sinusoid filter to filtrate fault circuit signals, and with the removal of the aperiodic component and high frequency component, the values of the fault current can be abtained with fast-amplitude algorithm. The algorithm, which takes both quickness and reliability into consideration, is convinent and suitable for distribution network. It can not only guarantee the security of lines and equipment, but also shorten the duration time of voltage sag to enhance the power quality.
