摘    要:"宁夏人工影响天气作业指挥系统"依托基本气象业务系统,以省级短期、短时天气预报和预警为背景,以雷达、卫星等多种探测信息及技术指标为作业条件和依据,以数据库作为后台支撑系统,充分利用GIS、GPS和GPRS成果.前台采用分布式设计,以作业时机选择、作业方案设计、实时指挥为主要技术环节,通过实时、跟踪、滚动的天气监测手段,把监测、指挥和作业有机链接,实现多源信息实时叠加显示,便于综合分析.建立了将综合分析结果和作业指令利用互联网和无线通信系统,及时下达到每个作业点,以保证实时作业,并能科学运作的指挥业务系统.

Abstract:"Ningxia weather modification work command system" depends on the basic meteorological service system, takes the provincial level short-term, and short-time weather forecast and the early warning for background, takes radar, satellite and other information and technical specification for work condition and scientific basis, takes database for backstage support system, uses GIS, GPS and GPRS achievement fully. The foreground adopts the distributional design, takes work opportunity choice, work project design, real-time command for major technique taehe, and through real-time, track, rolling weather monitoring method, monitoring, directing and operating has an organic link showing of the multiple sources infomation has been realized, it is advantageous to comprehensive analysis. Command Business Systems has established which can transmit comprehensive analysis result and the job instruction with intranet and wireless communication system, and guarantee the real-time working and can scientific running.
