C70胶乳改性混凝土在红山嘴水力发电厂的应用

胶乳改性混凝土抗压强度大于 70MPa,抗冻标号大于 30 0 ,抗渗标号大于 2 0 ,抗磨强度比普通混凝土高 1倍以上 ,磨损率小于 0 45kg/(h·m2 ) ,并具有和易性好、无毒、施工方便等特点 ,近年来在刘家峡、碧口、天桥等 2 1个工程的应用中日趋完善。本文介绍红山嘴水力发电厂使用的C70 胶乳改性混凝土配合比、拌制、施工技术要求、质量控制及工程应用等情况。

The application of the rubber latex modified concrete of C70 at the Hongshanzui Hydropower Station

The compressive strength of rubber latex modified concrete is bigger than 70MPa, it s anti frozen marking is bigger than 300,its anti permeability marking is bigg er than 20,its wear resistance is higher than 1 time above plain concrete,its ra te of wear is smaller than 0 45kg/(h.m 2),and with the characteristics of easy to blend,non toxic,construction convenience and so on.In recent years this con crete has been widely used at 21 projects such as the Liujiaxia,Bikou,Tianqiao h ydropower stations and so on,and has been consummated day by day along with appl ication.This article express describes the application at Hongshanzui Hydropowe r Station,and introduces proportioning of the rubber latex modified co ncrete,the stir and mix,the construction specification,the quality control and t he present situation at its application.
