微生物降解硝基苯、酞酸酯类有机物试验研究

摘    要:利用人工介质富集太湖水中微生物降解梅梁湾水源水中硝基苯、酞酸酯类有机物,经低浓度有机物驯化后.停留时间为2天,4天,8天时,硝基苯的降解率分别为83%、64%及100%;磷苯二甲酸二(2-乙基已)酯(DEHP)的降解率分别为68%、63%、14%,所有出水水样中投有检出磷苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)。可见通过人工介质富集微生物的方法对太湖梅梁湾水源水中微量有机物的去除有明显效果。

Abstract:The Organic Substance of Nitrobenzene and Phthalic Acid Esters Paes in Meiliang Bay was degraded through the use of enriched microbes in Taihu Lake by artificial media. After the domestication of low organic pollutants concentration, when the settle time were 2 days, 4 days, 8 days, the biodegradation efficiency of nitrobenzene was 83%, 64%and 100%; the biodegradation efficiency of DEHP was 68%,63%, 14%, all the out water sample had no DBP.It is evident that the trace quantity organic pollutants in the source water quality from Meiliang Bay in Taihu Lake can be well degraded by enriched microbes on the artificial media.
