基于PLC程序控制变频器的方法

摘    要:基于煤矿现场环境的特殊性,提出一种基于PLC程序控制变频器的方法。程序控制过程包括采集键盘输入信息;对数据信息分析处理,进入所需界面修改参数;程序参数设置;确定定位卡信息操作权限;输入、输出信号检测;判断起车时是否有故障及电抗器是否工作;选择变频器启动方式;主机控制输出,实现对变频器的控制和各种保护功能。经过试验测试结果表明,该方法可及时、准确地控制变频器以及检测故障原因,实现对控制台进而控制变频器的授权操作,实现高压变频器可能造成的人员伤亡及在运输过程中的各种保护功能。

Abstract:Based on the particularity of the coal mine field environment,a method of program controlling converter based on PLC program was proposed.The control process includes collecting the input information of the keyboard,analyzing and processing the data information,entering the modified parameters of the required interface,setting the parameters of the program,determining the operation authority of the location card information operation,detecting the input and output signals,judging whether there is any fault and whether the reactor works when the car starts,selecting the starting mode of the frequency converter,and controlling the host computer.The output is controlled to realize frequency converter and various protection functions.The test results show that the method can control the frequency converter and detect the cause of the fault in time and accurately,and realize the authorization operation of the frequency converter,and solve the possible casualties of the high voltage converter and the realization of various protection functions in the transportation process.
