摘    要:
逆止器是大型带式输送机制动系统的关键部件,其内外圈表面的硬度、耐磨性、承载能力是决定产品质量的关键因素。通过对普通渗碳钢20CrMnMo深层渗碳工艺进行研究,优化了深层渗碳工艺,对深层渗碳零件进行性能检测,对金相组织及显微硬度进行分析,为逆止器内外圈深层渗碳确定了合理的渗碳工艺。

Abstract:
The backstop of the braking system of large belt conveyor is a key component,and the surface hardness,wear resistance and bearing capacity of its inner and outer circles are the key factors to determine the product quality.The deep carburizing process of ordinary carburized steel 20CrMnMo has been studied.The deep carburizing process has been optimized and the properties of deep carburized parts have been tested,including metallographic structure and microhardness,and reasonable carburizing process has been determined for deep carburizing inner and outer circles of the backstop.
