多级带式输送机远程集中控制系统设计

为进一步提高多级带式输送机运行的可靠性,及时处理带式输送机的各类事故,并减少维修人员和巡检人员,设计了多级带式输送机远程集中控制系统。阐述了集控系统的组成、工作原理、控制功能、使用效果,详细介绍了集控系统现场设备层带式输送机模拟量信号及开关量信号的采集及传输、集中控制层AB-1756系列PLC控制系统的组成模块及用途、远程集控方式下多级带式输送机的闭锁启停顺序,及各种保护动作情况下带式输送机的联锁停机、每部带式输送机的辅机与主机闭锁启停顺序、远程管理层上位机的以太网通信、组成软件等。实际运行表明,该系统不但提高了多级带式输送机的运行安全可靠性,而且可以实现各类信息集成与矿井实现信息互通,为矿井进一步实现综合自动化、信息化创造了条件。

Design of Remote Centralized Control System for Multilevel Belt Conveyor

The actual operation showed that the system can not only improve the safety and reliability of the operation of multilevel belt conveyor, but also realize the integration of various information and the information communication in the mine, which can create conditions for the further realization of comprehensive automation and informatization in the mine.
