| 摘 要： | 针对目前大倾角下运带式输送机具体运行中存在的问题,设计研制了-31°大倾角下运带式输送机。按技术条件对整体方案进行了对比分析,提出新的改进设计方案,包括启动方式、张紧方式、托辊布置形式、减速挡煤装置及阻燃输送带的选用等。该大倾角下运带式输送机已在朔州下梨园煤矿成功应用,运行状况良好。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of downward transportation belt conveyor with large dip angle at present, a -31 degree downward transportation belt conveyor with large dip angle has been designed and developed. According to the technical conditions, the overall scheme has been analyzed and compared, and new improved design plan has been put forward, including start-up mode, tension mode, idler arrangement form, selection of decelerating, blocking coal device and flame retardant conveyor belt. The belt conveyor with large dip angle has been successfully applied in Xialiyuan Coal Mine of Shuozhou, and it has been run well. |
