钢纤维混凝土碳化性能的研究

摘    要:钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)是一种以混凝土为基体的新型复合材料,其抗碳化性能优于普通混凝土.通过改变钢纤维掺量和碳化龄期,对钢纤维混凝土的碳化性能进行了试验研究,得出了钢纤维对混凝土抗碳化性能的增强机理,以及钢纤维体积掺量、混凝土强度、二氧化碳浓度和碳化龄期对混凝土碳化深度的影响,并提出了钢纤维混凝土碳化深度的计算公式.

Abstract:The steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC),a new type of complex material using concrete as the matrix,is better than the common concrete in the capability of resistance to the carbonization.The author changed the mixing quantity of the steel fiber and the carbonization age in the carbonization capability tests of the SFRC to study the Carbonation of the SFRC.By analyzing the test results,the paper elicits the reinforced mechanism of the steel fiber to the capability of resistance to the carbonization of the concrete and the effects of the mixing quantity of the steel fiber,and the influencing factor on the carbonization depth including the grade of the concrete intensity,the consistence of carbon dioxide and the carbonization age.At last,the paper presents the calculational formulas about carbonization depth.
