有机仿钢丝粗纤维与钢纤维在喷射混凝土中的性能研究

摘    要:在隧道及大型地下工程施工中,有机仿钢丝粗纤维(以下简称有机仿钢丝)作为一种新型工程材料,用于解决混凝土脆性大、喷层吸收变形能力差等问题,越来越多地受到关注与研究.对有机仿钢丝和钢纤维应用于喷射混凝土中的抗压强度、弯曲韧性、耐久性能及喷射厚度等性能进行了比较和研究,结果表明:有机仿钢丝与相同体掺率钢纤维在改善喷射混凝土力学性能方面作用相当,但比钢纤维具有更好的耐久性和增韧效果.

Abstract:In the tunnels and large substructure works,steel-wire-like organic macro-fibers are used as a new type of engineering material,for improving the brittleness of concrete and deforming absorbed energy of spray-up,attracting widespread attention and research.In this study,the performance of steel-wire-like organic macro-fiber and steel fiber in shotcreting are compared and studied on the compressive strength,flexural toughness,durability and spray-up thickness.The result indicates that steel-wire-like organic macro-fiber and steel fiber of the same volume ratio in improving mechanical property of shotcreting are equivalence,but steel-wire-like organic macro-fiber have better flexural toughness and durability than steel fiber in the shotcreting.
