水灰比和掺合料对混凝土抗冻性能的影响

摘    要:研究了水灰比、掺合料、引气剂对混凝土抗冻性能的影响。在试验中采用DR-2型全自动快速冻融机和DT-10W动弹仪来测定混凝土的抗冻性能。研究结果表明,水灰比越低,抗冻性能越好,低水灰比的高强混凝土即使不掺引气剂,抗冻性能也非常优良,对中高水灰比的混凝土,欲彻底改善其抗冻性,掺引气荆是十分必要的。掺入硅灰抗冻性能有所改善,但掺入粉煤灰使其抗冻性能有所降低。

Abstract:The effects of Water-cement(w/c) ratio and mineral admixture on the frost resistance of concrete were studied.The test results showed that the frost resistance of concrete increases as the w/c ratio decreases.Actually,for low w/c ratio or high strength concrete,the frost resistance was very excellent even without adding air entrainment agent.For the medium or high w/c ratio concrete,incorporation air entrainment agent was necessary in order to improve their frost resistance thoroughly.Incorporation of silica fume was beneficial for the improvement of frost resistance of concrete.However,adding fly ash into concrete can make its frost resistance a little worse.
