摘    要:为满足微型监视雷达轻型、便携且能适应多工况的使用要求,良好的结构及热设计必不可少.首先,将雷达分解为天线收发单元及结构支撑单元,完成整体构型和结构布局并确定三防设计和热设计的基本内容.然后综合考虑设备内部空间及重量限制,基于理论分析确定了自然散热、强迫风冷和辐射散热的整体散热方案.最后利用FloEFD软件并结合工程实际对散热模型进行了仿真分析,得到了天线框架及内部各组件的表面温度分布图.结果表明,T组件内部芯片的最高温度满足使用要求,从而验证了整体结构和散热方案的可行性.

Abstract:Excellent structural and thermal design is very important in order to meet the use requirements of miniature surveillance radar on light-weight, portability and adaptability in multi-operating conditions. Firstly,the radar is divided into T/ R unit of antennas and supporting unit. The overall construction and structural layout of a miniature surveillance radar is introduced, based on which the basic components of three-proofing design and thermal design is stated. Subsequently, the whole cooling solution including natural convection,forced convection and thermal radiation has been determined by incorporating the inner space and weight restrictions. Finally, detailed parametric simulations are performed with FloEFD based on engineering practice to investigate the effects of thermal loads on the radar then the temperature on the surface of antenna frame and modules inside are obtained. The results clearly demonstrate that the highest temperature of chips inside the T modules meets the use requirements. Accordingly, it is proved that the overall structure and cooling solution are possible.
